Damages and issues
- Minicutepaws offers free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery for damaged items or manufacturing errors.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a replacement or refund, you can contact us at contact@minicutepaws.com and provide a clear photo (or a video) displaying the problem.
- We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll take care of the return shipping cost and replace the item or offer you a full refund, your choice!
Returns (Apparel)

Not feeling the love for the item you received? If it's just not speaking to your pet-loving heart, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note, in these cases, the return shipping cost will not be covered by us. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we'll issue you a refund.
Returns (Wall Art) / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
How to make a return
- Got a return? Just drop us an email at contact@minicutepaws.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as a puppy's belly rub.
Refunds
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@minicutepaws.com.
