Return and Refund Policy

Damages and issues

  • Minicutepaws offers free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery for damaged items or manufacturing errors.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 
  • To initiate a replacement or refund, you can contact us at contact@minicutepaws.com and provide a clear photo (or a video) displaying the problem.
  • We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll take care of the return shipping cost and replace the item or offer you a full refund, your choice!

Change of heart?

  • Not feeling the love for the item you received? If it's just not speaking to your pet-loving heart, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note, in these cases, the return shipping cost will not be covered by us. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we'll issue you a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

How to make a return

  • Got a return? Just drop us an email at contact@minicutepaws.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as a puppy's belly rub.

Refunds

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@minicutepaws.com.

Guidelines

To keep our community of pet enthusiasts happy and to continue offering great products, there are some guidelines to prevent misuse of our returns policy:

  • Multiple Sizes. We get it, finding the right fit can be tricky! But to help us minimize returns and keep our prices friendly, we can't accept returns or refunds for the purpose of trying multiple sizes. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit for you.

  • Return Condition. Items need to be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. This helps us ensure that all pet lovers receive top-quality goods.

  • Heads-Up on Misuse. We're all about trust and treating our customers like family. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns from a customer that suggests misuse of our returns policy (like wearing the items before returning or repeatedly ordering and returning items), we might have to say a sad goodbye and restrict future purchases. It's all about keeping our community fair and filled with love.
