Orders processing and production times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days to finish your order. Expect an email in this frame time to let you know your order is on the way! If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.

You can cancel or modify your order details up to 60 minutes after purchase. You need to send an email at contact@minicutepaws.com, but if more than 60 minutes have passed, should be aware that the order is automatically processed after that time. This means we'll have limited flexibility, but we'll do our best to assist you!

In the event that a reshipment is required due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the additional shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
